I am a simple one man operation and will try to keep the return policy easy for everyone - especially me.
If I ship something to you and it arrives damaged please take a picture of it and send it to me so that I can assess the damage.
If a print is damaged beyond repair I will send you another one. If the piece in question is original art and it arrives damaged I would ask that you ship it back to me for an exchange. Of course everything is negotiable and I'm sure a solution can be found as long as we maintain an open dialogue.
I will add to or adjust this policy in the future as necessity arrises.
